How CoverageAlly works

Simple on purpose. One conversation, built around your actual medications and doctors — and you stay in charge the whole way.

1

Reach out, your way

Call, text, or take the 1-minute plan check-up. Tell us what’s going on — a confusing bill, an expensive prescription, or just “am I on the right plan?”

2

We review, plan-neutral

A free review built around your exact medications and doctors. Every option explained in plain language — including the option of changing nothing.

3

You decide

No pressure, no obligation, no fee. Whatever you choose, you’ll understand your coverage — and you’ll have someone to call next time a question comes up.

The fine print, up front: before we discuss specific plans, Medicare rules require a short signed form called a Scope of Appointment — it protects you by limiting the conversation to what YOU want to talk about. We’ll explain it when we get there.

Fair questions, honest answers

Is this really free?

Yes. Licensed agents are paid by insurance carriers, and the amounts are set by Medicare rules — they’re essentially the same no matter which plan you pick, which is why we can afford to be neutral. You never pay us anything, and your premium is the same whether you enroll through an agent or directly.

Do I have to change my plan?

No — and often you shouldn’t. A good review frequently ends with “your plan is right, keep it.” That answer costs you nothing and is worth having.

How are you paid, exactly?

By the insurance carriers, at rates regulated by Medicare — roughly the same across plans. That’s the honest reason plan-neutral advice is possible: we don’t make more by steering you anywhere.

Will I get spam calls if I contact you?

No. Your information goes to us and only us — it is never sold or shared with lead companies. One local team, one number.

What if I’m helping my mom or dad?

Welcome — about half our conversations start with an adult son or daughter. We’re happy to talk with you first, then include your parent when it’s time. (For plan decisions, your parent — or their power of attorney — makes the call.)

Are you affiliated with Medicare?

No. We’re an independent, licensed insurance agency. For help directly from the government, you can always use Medicare.gov, 1‑800‑MEDICARE, or your state’s free SHIP counseling program — we’ll point you there ourselves any time you ask.
